Can I buy direct from you?

We distribute our products exclusively through a network of dependable suppliers in the United States and Canada.

How do I order your products?

You should contact a local distributor. If you do not currently have a supplier, please CONTACT US for a referral. We’d be happy to point you in the right direction!

What if my distributor doesn’t carry a material I need or the size I want?

If your local distributor does not stock a particular product you need, they can still order any item that we carry. Please contact your distributor for pricing and size availability.

May I apply to become a distributor?

If you are interested in becoming a distributor, CONTACT US and we will send you a questionnaire regarding the nature of your business. When we receive your information it will be reviewed and a decision will be rendered.

What are the qualifications to be a distributor?

We take many things into consideration when approving new distributors. Among other qualifiers, we look at the number of distributors already in the area and the amount of material you expect to purchase.

What if I have a question not answered here or need further assistance?

Are your products Oeko-Tex certified?

Yes, most of our products have earned the Oeko-Tex label, which certifies that the product is compliant with health and safety regulations within the standard class tests of 100 – class I (suitable for baby products up to age three) and II (suitable for products having skin contact, i.e. blouses, shirts, underwear).
